The safety and health of everyone who operates in our company are of special concern to us. One emphasis is on occupational safety and thus the physical and mental health of our employees. Their physical and mental integrity is a declared, essential company objective and contributes to a large extent to our commercial success.
Our goal: "Everyone should return home healthy and unharmed after work every day."
To achieve this goal, we are now continuing our process of improving occupational safety and health protection, which we already intensified in 2019 with the introduction of occupational safety methods such as short safety briefings, safety walks, etc., and we are thinking further:
With EUVIA (Attitude and Behavior in Occupational Safety), supported by Valdemaro Compagna from HRP Heinze GmbH, we ask ourselves: "What can I personally do to stay healthy and unharmed?"
EUVIA starts where compliance with rules and regulations ends. I not only have to behave correctly; I am allowed to behave safely. I don't have to take risks. I am allowed to say stop! and I can take responsibility: in my own interest, for my integrity and that of my colleagues. I have it in my own hands!
Our works councils and executives take the lead, and over the next few months, all employees will gradually have the opportunity to answer this question for themselves within the framework of a workshop.
