3. Processing purpose and legal bases

The purpose of data processing is the execution/completion of the placed order of the general contact or ap-plication inquiries. The personal data provided by the affected person is used for this purpose. The legal bases for the processing is the order placed and its execution/completion. Any further use of the data will only take place if the affected person has given his/her consent. The purpose of further use is based on the consent given for this purpose.

4. Categories of recipients

The data is exclusively processed within the company. 

5. Storage duration of the data

The data will be deleted, at the latest, after the legally stipulated retention periods. If the data subject has given his/her consent for further data use, no deletion of the data will take place.

6. Further rights

As the affected person (data subject), you have the right to information about the relevant personal data, as well as to correction or deletion or limitation of processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability. You can exercise these rights here:
